भारतीय मिक्स्ड मार्शल आर्ट्स (MMA) को अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर नई पहचान दिलाने के मिशन में कृष्णा श्रॉफ, आयशा श्रॉफ और टाइगर श्रॉफ एक बार फिर सफल रहे। मैट्रिक्स फाइट नाइट (MFN) 18 का भव्य आयोजन शहीद विजय सिंह पथिक स्पोर्ट्स कॉम्प्लेक्स, ग्रेटर नोएडा में हुआ, जहां 13 मुकाबलों और दो टाइटल फाइट्स ने दर्शकों को रोमांच से भर दिया।

इस इवेंट ने एक बार फिर साबित कर दिया कि MFN सिर्फ एक टूर्नामेंट नहीं, बल्कि भारत में MMA के भविष्य को गढ़ने वाला एक मजबूत प्लेटफॉर्म बन चुका है। शानदार माहौल और भारी भीड़ ने यह संकेत दिया कि अब भारत में MMA का दर्शक वर्ग तेजी से बढ़ रहा है और पूरी तरह जुड़ चुका है।

को-मेन इवेंट में दिगंबर सिंह रावत ने शानदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए लाइटवेट टाइटल अपने नाम किया। उनकी जीत ने दर्शकों को झूमने पर मजबूर कर दिया और यह साबित कर दिया कि भारतीय फाइटर्स अब किसी से कम नहीं हैं।

वहीं मेन इवेंट में सोनम जोम्बा ने ब्राज़ील की मारिस्टेला अल्वेस के खिलाफ अपने MFN 17 खिताब का सफल बचाव किया। उनकी यह जीत न केवल शानदार थी, बल्कि यह भी दर्शाती है कि भारत में महिला MMA अब विश्व स्तर पर अपनी मजबूत पहचान बना रहा है।

MFN की खास बात यह भी है कि यह केवल इवेंट तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह एक मजबूत टैलेंट पाइपलाइन तैयार कर रहा है। हर सीजन में 600 से अधिक फाइटर्स MFN कॉन्ट्रैक्ट के लिए प्रतिस्पर्धा करते हैं। इसी प्लेटफॉर्म ने अंशुल जुबली और पूजा तोमर जैसे फाइटर्स को UFC तक पहुंचाया है।

The evening’s standout moments came thick and fast, but the headline results belonged entirely to India. In the co-main event, Digambar Singh Rawat claimed the lightweight title in a performance that had the crowd on its feet. His victory felt as much like a statement as it did a result. The main event delivered something even more significant. Sonam Zomba, defending her MFN 17 championship, stepped up against Brazil’s Maristela Alves and did it again. She presented a spectacular title defence that cemented her as one of the most compelling fighters on the MFN roster and further supported exactly what Krishna has always stood for, that Indian MMA, and women’s MMA in this country specifically, is ready for the world star

What MFN 18 adds to, is a legacy that has grown more impressive with every edition.
